Buon viaggio! Pleats and hairpins packed – our ELEVEN Australia team made waves (literally) by the Mediterranean Sea
We partnered with L’IDÉE Woman to create “An Italian Soiree” — a fashion film showcasing L’IDÉE’s newly released SS/24 “Garden Party” collection. Set in the Amalfi Coast, Italy, ELEVEN Australia’s Hair Director, Melvin Royce Lane assisted by Jenn Linton, set out to bring vintage Italian glamour hair to the romantic Ravello coastline.
A modern take on shapes and styles reminiscent of Italian cinema's golden age....
Alongside the crew – arriving from Australia, New York, Spain, London, and Copenhagen (to name a few) – we launched straight into the campaign shoot, spanning four days. Together, we worked to capture the essence of a luxurious, languorous European escapade (a summer soirée spent mooching around a medieval castle, drenched in sunshine, and quenched by spritzes!) The end result? Think models posing poolside, draped in L’IDÉE’s lavish signature pleats and vibrant colours. For the hair, our team delivered a modern take on shapes and styles reminiscent of the golden age of Italian cinema.
